All art and products created by Imani Samuel, whether commission or otherwise, is legally owned by Imani's Sketchbook LLC unless otherwise documented by both parties involved.

Policies

Commissions

I, Imani Samuel, hereby retain the rights to deny a commission for any reasons and you will be notified in the event of that situation.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your commission to be completed.

I hold my work to high standards and will not send you a piece that does not meet my standards.
Unless you have a pre-discussed rush order, commissions will be completed as I receive them, on a first come first served basis. You will be given an Estimated Completion Date

Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, excluding original or custom artwork. The returned item must be in its original condition.

To initiate a return: Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), and ensuring it meets my return criteria, I will issue as return or exchange per your preferences.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel a commission, please do so BEFORE the sketch has been started. If you cancel AFTER I have already begun your piece, you will only receive a partial refund of 80% due to the labor and time already spent on correspondences with you and work on the piece.

Shipping

I ship with 3-5 business days for domestic orders via USPS. International shipping may take between 2-4 weeks to deliver.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or custom declaration fees.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Small orders between 4x6-5x7 will be sent by stamp without tracking info.
